Real Touch Lisianthus brings effortless romance to any arrangement. Also known as Eustoma or Prairie Gentian, this faux floral captures the delicate multi-layered ruffled petals and graceful bud spray of fresh-cut lisianthus, one of the most popular wedding flowers in the world.

Each stem features one or more full open blooms, partially-open buds, and lush green foliage along a long, bendable wire stem. The real-touch petals have a soft latex-coated feel that is nearly indistinguishable from a fresh-cut bloom.

Stems are bent for shipping protection. Gently reshape upon arrival. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Suitable for indoor styling and covered outdoor display.

RETURNS POLICY

1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s).

• Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
• Ship back within: 7 days of delivery

2. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. Flovery™ will refund only the product cost as store credit after 20% restocking fee excluding shipping cost. We won't be able to return the amount back to your original payment method.

3. If there is damage during shipping or defects, please contact us and we will be happy to ship a new replacement. If the shipment has missing item(s), we will send you the missing item(s).

4. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

SHIPPING

Normal purchase through Flovery™'s shop will be shipped within 5-10 business days. The exception will be items that are either "Made-to-order" or "Custom". Those could go up to several weeks, depending on the requirements and communication.

Shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you provide your address at checkout. If customers provide wrong address or the package is returned to us due to missing signature, customers will be responsible for additional cost of re-shipping.
