Shipping Method:
Flovery utilizes mostly Ground Delivery Service via USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Delivery Time:
Normal purchases made through Flovery's shop will be shipped within 5-10 business days. However, items that are "Made-to-order" or "Custom" may take longer, potentially extending to several weeks, depending on the specific requirements and communication.

Express Delivery:
Flovery offers the option for customers to select FedEx 2-day shipping or USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery. However, this does not speed up the handling process.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the provided address.

International Shipments:
Flovery provides shipping services for international destinations through USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Responsibility for Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if they provide the wrong address or if the package is returned due to a missing signature.
