Returns and exchange details

1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s) within 14 days.

Merchandise must be returned in the original box and returned in good condition. Items returned that are not properly packaged will not be credited. 

    2. You must contact us to receive Return Authorization or merchandise will not be accepted.
    You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Flovery
     will refund only the product cost minus restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition.

    3. If there is damage during shipping or defects, please contact us and we will be happy to ship a new replacement. If the shipment has missing item(s), we will send you the missing item(s).

    4. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Items in Clearance Collection
    • Items on sale

    What Constitutes as Damaged or Defective

    1. Missing items, or items that are significantly cracked, chipped, or shattered are eligible for damage claim.

    2. Small variations in product size (within an inch or 8% of product description) do not constitute as damage or defective and will not be eligible for damage claim. Please note that each arrangement is made by hand in the US so there tends to be some size differences. The dimensions in the product page include stems and vase. The flowers can move and bend during shipment so we ask that you should try to move the flower heads back to original position if needed.

    3. Slight imperfections in glass such as dimples, bubbles, or variations in glass or faux water thickness do not constitute as damage or defective and will not be eligible for damage claim.

    4. Dirty flower petals or sticky adhesive on vase due to shipment do not constitute as damage or defective. We advise you to try your best effort to clean. Occasionally the faux water might be sticking on the vase. In those cases, we can send replacement ONLY IF the faux water is obviously visible.

    5. Minor difference in color shading due to photography, your computer screen and flower color. We cannot guarantee the flower photos are exactly as they arrive due to variation from photo editing and lighting, your device screen and environmental factor of your space. If you want to ensure the colors are exactly what you want, feel free to contact us upfront. Otherwise, unless it's totally a wrong color (pink vs. red), it's not defective or wrong description.

    6. The item may ship compressed so primping of branches or leave may be required for perfect look!

    7. Eligibility of an order's damage claim is ultimately determined by Flovery's Returns and Damages Department team after review.
