Real Touch Artificial Flower Arrangements

Will my Flovery items require assembly once they arrive?

No, all floral arrangements will arrive to you pre assembled by our talented designers here at the factory.

What should I do if the flowers get dirty?

We typically would advise you to clean the petals lightly with wet cloth. You could also use silk flower spray bottle from the store to clean them. Please avoid using bleach because it will change the flower color.

Is it OK to use artificial or silk flowers for my wedding?

It really depends on your preference, situation and timeframe of the wedding. We put down at least 10 reasons for using artificial flowers in wedding from our blog. Those are just some criteria to think of when deciding whether real touch flower is a good idea.

If I order wedding flowers, how far ahead of time I need to plan?

We recommend to contact us at least 6 months before the wedding date. It will allow time to plan, order, design and possibiliy redesign. However, if you run into a rush situation, we can help to turn around an order within 2 months or so.

How is Flovery different from other silk flower websites?

We mainly focus on high quality and real touch artificial flowers. Our design is very different which offers a more modern and contemporary look. Since we work directly with wholesale vendors or manufacture oversea, we can keep our cost very low. This allows us to price our products very reasonably for customers.

Order and Returns

Can I cancel my online order?

Yes. If the product is not shipped, you cancel it by contacting us. However, we usually ship the product within 24 hours so please do this as soon as possible.

Can I return my online order?

Yes. However, this only works for online order through our store. You will have to pay for the shipping costs. For custom order, we will not accept return unless the order does not align which our agreement or look different from the pictures.

What if my items arrived damaged or defective

We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn't always the case. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please visit Contact Us and report the issue.

What can I do if the items take a long time to arrive?

Occasionally, a carrier will not scan a package when pickup or scan too early before it arrives at the final destination. A typical duration is usually 10 business days. If it takes longer than that:
  • Check with members of your household, neighbors, doormen, and the front desk to see if someone accepted delivery.
  • Look around your delivery area.
  • Carriers try to leave packages in safe locations.
  • Typical spots include under porches, under benches, back doors, and around garages.
  • Check your mailbox.
  • Look for an attempted delivery notice.

My real touch flower arrangement doesn't look as the photo when arrived. Should I return?

During shipping, the flower heads may move around and change shape temporarily due to potential heat. It's very simple to bend the stems and move the heads so that you can get the desired look as our photos. However, we understand that sometime the flowers are damaged completely. You could also return the item to us at no cost.

What is the policy for custom order?

There will be a non-refundable $200 deposit prior. Once you make the deposit, we will assign a designer to work with you. Your deposit will be applied towards your final invoice total. Please navigate to Contact Us page and ask us for more details.

Do you have any store location?

We are an online only retailer. In order to keep our selection large, prices low, and service exceptional we do not have a store front where you can view our products.

Can I pickup the items locally in Seattle to avoid shipping cost?

No. Since we're an online store, our items are handled, packed and shipped at the warehouse. There will be no customer service or pickup hours at the warehouse.
