I got this to give as a Christmas gift. After receiving it, I couldn't wait and gave it to them the next day. The flowers are so life-like that everybody that sees them bends down to smell them. The petals are so soft, they feel just like the real thing. This is the fourth arrangement I have gotten and I haven't been disappointed yet. All of my purchases have been packed with great care and look fantastic straight out of the box. Well worth the money and the wait. If you're on the fence about getting one, just do it. You'll be happy you did.

RETURNS POLICY
1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s).
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship back within: 7 days of delivery
2. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. Flovery™ will refund only the product cost as store credit after 20% restocking fee excluding shipping cost. We won't be able to return the amount back to your original payment method.
3. If there is damage during shipping or defects, please contact us and we will be happy to ship a new replacement. If the shipment has missing item(s), we will send you the missing item(s).
4. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

SHIPPING
Normal purchase through Flovery™'s shop will be shipped within 5-10 business days. The exception will be items that are either "Made-to-order" or "Custom". Those could go up to several weeks, depending on the requirements and communication.
Shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you provide your address at checkout. If customers provide wrong address or the package is returned to us due to missing signature, customers will be responsible for additional cost of re-shipping.
