This was my second purchase from flovery and I wasnt disappointed. It was such a beautiful arrangement. Again the flowers look and definitely feel real. They arent fragile when you touch them so seem they will last a long time. The quality of the resin and vase was also amazing. The vase was heavy and strong. Contacting the seller was always quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend buying these products as I havent been able to find anything else on the market like them. Incomparable to any floral arrangement Ive bought before. I get so many compliments on them !

1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s).
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship back within: 7 days of delivery
2. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. Flovery™ will refund only the product cost as store credit after 20% restocking fee excluding shipping cost. We won't be able to return the amount back to your original payment method.
3. If there is damage during shipping or defects, please contact us and we will be happy to ship a new replacement. If the shipment has missing item(s), we will send you the missing item(s).
4. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

SHIPPING
Normal purchase through Flovery™'s shop will be shipped within 5-10 business days. The exception will be items that are either "Made-to-order" or "Custom". Those could go up to several weeks, depending on the requirements and communication.
Shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you provide your address at checkout. If customers provide wrong address or the package is returned to us due to missing signature, customers will be responsible for additional cost of re-shipping.
