This is a medium signature round box preserved roses box that has about 20 - 24 eternity roses. It's a perfect gift for Valentine, Christmas or Birthday.

Preserved flower is made of fresh and natural flower. They can last more than one year! Each flower undergoes a special and intricate process to preserve the quality and integrity of the petals which are then dyed with rich and outstanding colors. The preservation technique allows flowers to maintain a completely natural appearance and feel, as if they were freshly-cut flowers!

== Shipping and Packaging ==

The roses will arrive with the exact look as the photos. The lid will be glued in the bottom and you cannot remove it. The item will be placed and secured tightly inside the large box so it will not move or shift up and down which would cause damage to the flowers.

== Return Policy ==

There is no return or exchange policy. If you have question, feel free to reach out and I could even share more detail photos if needed.

== How to Care ==

- Keep them in a cool, dry place away from excess heat and humidity.
- Ideal temperature is 60-70 degree Fahrenheit.
- Don't put the lid or anything else on the top of the flowers.
- They don't need to be watered.

RETURNS POLICY

1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s).

• Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
• Ship back within: 7 days of delivery

2. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. Flovery™ will refund only the product cost as store credit after 20% restocking fee excluding shipping cost. We won't be able to return the amount back to your original payment method.

3. If there is damage during shipping or defects, please contact us and we will be happy to ship a new replacement. If the shipment has missing item(s), we will send you the missing item(s).

4. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale
• Items in Clearance collection

SHIPPING

Normal purchase through Flovery™'s shop will be shipped within 5-10 business days. The exception will be items that are either "Made-to-order" or "Custom". Those could go up to several weeks, depending on the requirements and communication.

Shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you provide your address at checkout. If customers provide wrong address or the package is returned to us due to missing signature, customers will be responsible for additional cost of re-shipping.
