Absolutely love my arrangement from flovery. They are even more beautiful than in the pictures on the website. They definitely feel real however are very sturdy when you touch them. Love the different colour tones within the flowers that make them look even more realistic. I feel there are even more flowers in the arrangement than in the website photos which was really nice. Such a high quality piece. Ordered from another site which had real touch flowers which were nice but no where near as nice and realistic as these! Bought another arrangement already. Well worth the money!

1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unused item(s).
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship back within: 7 days of delivery
2. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. Flovery™ will refund only the product cost as store credit after 20% restocking fee excluding shipping cost. We won't be able to return the amount back to your original payment method.
3. If there is damage during shipping or defects, please contact us and we will be happy to ship a new replacement. If the shipment has missing item(s), we will send you the missing item(s).

SHIPPING
Normal purchase through Flovery™'s shop will be shipped within 5-10 business days. The exception will be items that are either "Made-to-order" or "Custom". Those could go up to several weeks, depending on the requirements and communication.
Shipping fee will be calculated automatically when you provide your address at checkout. If customers provide wrong address or the package is returned to us due to missing signature, customers will be responsible for additional cost of re-shipping.
